AFS, Not Just For Appraisal Fees!
Appraisal Fee Services, Inc. now offers Fee Services. The Fee Services option is for those clients that wish to use AFS for fee management outside of appraisal charges. It offers a combination of transaction types to better service clients utilizing the service for fees such as loan application, rate lock or closing fees.
Fee Services allows the merchant to chose the type of transaction and when the transaction occurs, giving greater flexibility to when an account is charged. Like traditional AFS processing, the transactions are accompanied by customizable communications to the account holder. Providing a clear picture of charges and receipt record.
